
Started as a small regional bakery in the 1980’s, Gold Standard Baking has grown exponentially. Our unique ability to produce high quality, signature products at scale has helped us grow market share and add a long list of marquis customers. We expanded our Chicago bakery in 2016 and in 2017 our accelerated growth enabled us to build the Wisconsin bakery. With two bakeries and unparalleled industry expertise, GSB has the ability to produce over 2,000,000 pounds of fully-baked foods per week.
